My boyfriend and I are 24 and we've been together for 1 year. We hardly have sex more than 2 to 3 times a week. I'd like to have more and I told him but he said that it was not interesting for him to have sex too often. So I tried to spice things up and I asked him what his fantasies are, but he just told me "I don't have any".
I really don't know what to do, I love him very much but I'm growing bored...

As a guy myself, if your boyfriend responded as " I don't have any"... he is lying. Every guy has some type of fantasies.

It's possible that his body just can't do more than 2-3 times a week. Sometimes, guys just have to be away from sex for a certain period before they get the urge to engage in sex again.

It is also possible that current life events may be draining him. Is he stressed by work/school? Is there something that may be bothering him? All these things can have an effect on sex drive as well. I'm 25, and I can remember several times in my life when I just had so much going on, that sex was the last thing I wanted.

Also, I agree with MNguy, your boyfriend DOES have a fantasy, he may just be too embarrassed to tell you.

No he doesn't have stress in his life right now... Ans I'm sure that he have a fantasy, it just makes me sad that he does not feel comfortable enough with me to share... I know that he watches porn from time to time, something like one ore two time per months but what he watches is pretty normal so I suppose that it reflects his fantasies...

Sometimes people's libido are just set at a different level. There could be factors in his life that done seem overtly stressful or draining, but when taken into account could explain the difference in libido.

There could be other explanations. How fit is your boyfriend? Has he gone to see his doctor? Does he think this is enough of a problem to talk to a doctor about? Does he think this is a problem?
