My husband violated probation. Probation officer knocked on the door but he couldn`t hear as he was taking a shower. Ten minutes after probation officer left, my husband saw our neighbor who told him that probation officer were here. So, my husband instantly called him on the phone but he didn`t want to listen and 7 days later he arrested him when my husband went for a regular meeting at his office. What should we expect to happen from this? He will be taken before the judge tomorrow morning. I am worrying so much now. Thank you for any answer.

Well first if he is getting to see the judge tomorrow that is fast, very fast, normally it may take several week to a month to even get to see the judge.


I will assume he was not suppose to be gone, and the violation is because the PO felt he was not home.

1. I would have an attorney
2. I would have the neighbor there to testify that he came out of the house
3. I would have a copy of the phone bill or phone record to show he called right after the PO left.

And pray that the judge will believe it and not violate him for it
