I don't know the basis for your question, but if you're in the US, I reject it in its entirety... Here, in this country, anybody can get food stamps for FREE. Here, in this country, we have food banks where they give out FREE food.

Here in this country, nobody - absolutely NOBODY - needs to feed themselves on $11 a week. So, the question has no real meaning...
