My mother would like to add 2 of her children's name on the house deed. She lives in New York state. How does she add her children's names to the deed?

While it is fairly easy, I would ask also why just 2 ( it shoulds like there are more children) and how are you wanting to add them, in common, or to survivior?

Since it can be done several ways, get a title attorney , tell them what and why you are wanting to do this, and they put a new deed on the home with the names listed in the proper format

addind name to deed in pa

Those who cannot write in sentences perhaps should hire professional help when they desire to muck around with title to real property.

What is the best way to add the name of my son to my deed for a property in Milford, PA (Pike County).

I'm a widow and have only one adult son.

Thanks!

At the top of the Real Estate Law Forum there is a sticky post that explains how to add someone to a deed. You can read it at https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/real-estate-law/how-add-someone-your-deed-569716.html
