I had a baby boy nine months ago by c section and I've been nursing him ever since on may 13 14 15 16 17 of 2010 I had unprotected sex about two or three times a day it's June 6 and ever since may 23 I've been having cramp and I've been tired more and it's lower back cramps and my nipples are tender then before and I just wanted to know could I be pregnant even though I haven't had a period due to breastfeeding my nine month old??

In one word - yes. Breastfeeding is not a guaranteed means of birth control.

If you don't want another child you should be practicing safe sex.

I will assume you are trying to get pregnant again, having unprotected sex ( no birth control) and yes it is very easy during this time to conceive again.

As the others have said, yes... remember you ovulate before a period. Plenty of breastfeeding mothers become pregnant without ever resuming their periods after a previous birth. Even more likely since you are providing fewer feeds to your first child at this point. Time to try a pregnancy test.
