Today while I was driving back home, I heard a loud pop, it sounded like a bunch of fuses poped at the same time. It was getting dark and I had my lights on, when I heard this pop I notice my lights on the dash went out, and my tail lights also went out, and my headlights looked like they got dimmer. Well, I got home and decided to go out a few minutes later... that is when I found out when I started my car up (it had no problem starting) it was stuck in park, even when the brake was being held down.. what is up with that?

First, you have to check All the fuses. Reminder that there are multiple fuse boxes.

At a minimum check the lighting circuits and fuses.

There is a solenoid that releases the park mechanism when you depress the brake, so it's likely you don't have any brake lights.
Lamps, can short rather than open, so that's a rare but possible possibility.

There may be a small access panel (about 1/2" square) near the gear selector. After removal, you can use this to get the car out of park and drive it to be repaired.

Reminder, that the charging system may have been compromised too based on your description.

Sounds to me that the "Gauge" fuse, located at the left side lower dash, popped. Check that one first then report back.
