My a/c monitor turned off I went into my garage and notice the led light had to quick blinks and 4 long ones ( code 24) How do I fix this and get my monitor back on?

1st turn off the power to the furnace at breaker box,, wait a couple minutes and turn back on,, try the system again, do you still get the code 24? If you do does the inside of the bottom door/cover give you any explanation?

I found out I had a blown out fuse. I replaced the fuse and everything turned back on after 30 seconds the fuse blew out again.. What is causing this?
