We have a 2007 F-350 97,000 miles. Changed oil, (used proper oil) ran great. 2 days later truck would not start. Would start and run for a sec or two. Was low on fuel, so put in fuel , and changed fuel filters(top and bottom)Tried for 3 days to start, using battery charger. Would try to start, and sometimes start and run for a sec or to, but would not. Then on 4th day, truck started. Left it running for 4 hours. Acted fine. Went to bed and next day truck was just like before. Would crank but not start. Sounds like it wants to but won't run. It will actually run for a few secs when the batterys get low. But willl not continue to run. I can hold fuel line with my thumb on it. Was wondering if there was enough fuel pressure. So also thought could be fuel pump.
