I share a narrow private drive with 3 other neighbors. My neighbors (to the right of my house) son parks his jeep on the drive making it difficult for myself and my neighbor at the end of the drive to traverse to get to our driveways. He also inconveniences the third neighbor by parking directly across from their driveway. There is a parking pad at the end of the private drive that is shared by myself and my neighbor across from me. 1/2 of the parking pad is within my property line and belongs to me. My neighbor lives at the end of the cul-de-sac where the private drive starts and I don't see why he cannot use that area to park. I am looking at finding a legal route to address this issue. If I have an emergency or a fire, respose vehicles would not be able to fit up the drive. If I have a guest with a large vehicle they cannot make it down the drive to park on my parking pad and are inconvenienced by having to walk the entire length of the drive. The walk from his jeep is no shorter if he parks in the cul-de-sac. I want to put up a sign that says no parking on private drive, but I don't know where to start.
