My 1990 honda civic si 1.6 ran good turned off the key and would not start lights come on but will not turn over battery is good and can push start it and runs fine until you turn off the key then nothing

Remove and fully charge or replace the battery. Most auto parts stores will test and charge batteries for free. Lights being able to come on does not equate to the amperage required by the starter motor.
