AC unit comes on for a moment and the motor (new motor) sounds a little funny, replaced the capacitor as well. What other problem could it be as when the fan did come on, it was still warm air coming out the vents. Opened all the returns to make sure there was no blockage and cleaned the coils to make sure there was nothing helping it breathe. Also, after the fan stopped and I could hear the humming noise, I saw the lower wires moving as though it was trying to start up.
