Dear Sir,

I have lost my hotmail account ([email protected]) by typing my ID and password without realising some problem in my keyboard. After trying more than 3 times my hotmail ID was blocked for security reasons. Hotmail is asking me to type my secret question and answer which I can't remember at all. Without realising this fate, I have cancelled my alternate email ID which I provided to when registering my hotmail ID.

I have requested for help a few months ago but help desk failed to rectify my problem.

I have some very important mails to retrieve which I guess will not be helpful for others accept me. I relied on hotmail so much that I didn't save the document in a folder.

I hope you will kindly help activate my hotmail soonest possible. I will provide all previous passwords and some secret answers and questions I have previously used for this account.

Passwords: sidesh, maha_baratham, mahabaratham, soorya_bagawan, surya_bagawan, samayapuram_amman

My firm's e mail id "[email protected]" sign in is blocked for one of the reasons viz. "someone entered the wrong password too many times; if you sign up for this ID through an organisation, you might not be able to use the account yet". "My request for resetting the password was responded as follows: "we sent a link to reset your password to the following e mail address. If you still cannot reset your password, you can come back in 24 hours for more options: "se***********@yahoo.com"

But when I open my other account "[email protected]". (it is actually "[email protected]"), I do not see any e mail even in Junk section.

Please help me because I am desperately wanting to open my e mail account "[email protected]"

My Hotmail account was blocked last Thursday, but I got it working normally on Saturday with their help.
