I have a 42" yard machine with the B/S 16.5 I/C engine. My problem is that it won't turn over or anything. I have tried changing the selenoid and that wasn't it. With the old one it would at least bump but that was it. I have juice all the way to starter when I use an alt meter to check it. Battery is fully charged also. I even tried jumping the starter and no luck. Same result as all my other attempts. Any help is appreciated.

Check and see if you can turn the engine by hand,sounds like its locked up.
