Slow draining tub... Drains OK for a minute, then slows to nothing... It has been snaked professionally twice in one week, and dropped down chemicals, both before the snaking, and twice after the snaking. I took the drain/overflow configuration out down to the slab, so it would be easier to work, but the trap is surely still below the trap. I put a hose and opened the water, it goes down. I used a 'bladder' with the hose, it goes through no problem. But when I re-install the drain, fill the tub, and let it drain, it again blocks/slows down. Today I tried from the roof through the stack, both with a snake and a hose, still just as slow at the tub. AAAAAHHHHHHHH! I imagine that today I went straight down the stack, but for the tub, the vent must have an angle half way up and I never got to that section?? I checked this graph, and this is where I came with the idea that the tub vent T's half way up the stack and that is why I cant' snake it... : http://www.rd.com/images/tfhimport/2001/Feb01_Remodel_Bathroom/20010201_Remodel_Bathroom_page010img001_size2.jpg
