I want to know my husband have residant visa for 3 years.if he cancelld the visa and go country(sri lanka) did he can come before 3 month again to dubai as a tourrist visa or employ visa?

I need to know if caceled the recidanse visa before 1 year and go to the country after howmeny month again come back?
