They are not painful or itchy.
Had them since last Sunday.
They may be spreading.

This pic was taken right after I noticed the bumps.

This could be an allergy but I'd consult a physician if they are spreading and not showing signs of going away. Been gardening lately?

Nope, no gardening. Why do you ask?

Many reactions come from touching plants. Poison ivy gives me the same rash you have.

I was outside when the bumps appeared. I don't think I touched any plants though.

Here's a pic I just took. Maybe I'm imagining things, but it looks like more tiny bumps are appearing. Including one on my index finger.

Has your mother seen it? You should really see a doctor about that.

And today, 5/31

Going through the photos I took, I now remember I was taking pics of plants/flowers that same day. I didn't touch though.
I don't know the names of the plants I took pics of. I'm going to look them up now..

Can this possibly be celadine?

"Celandine can cause rashes, itching, and serious allergic reactions in some people. The whole plant is reported as being at least mildly poisonous to humans, with the roots being the most toxic."

Maybe, don't know.

Wash what you were wearing and even your camera body.

Handle the rash with calomine lotion or Benedryl topical lotion.

Update.. 20 days later and I still have them. They're not as raised, but instead the bumps have turned red.

I have the same thing. When I was younger it was really bad, so I went to numerous doctors who kept referring me to other doctors. It only happens in the spring and summer right? Just from being outside?

I still think it's Molluscum contagiosum.

I have had this in phases for most of my life. I was told it was a form of eczema, which is also a form of allergies. Mine always comes in the Spring when everything is blooming. I am living in Spain this year and I've noticed it's worse than before. Must be something more in the air!
