I am preparing a class action sue in a federal court against a woman that resides in Missouri... YYY claiming that she is an attorney. Thanks to her affidavit a got a judgement from Citibank. I wonder how many of you have been sue by citibank and the affidavit has been sign by leola Phenix.

Before you sue anybody, learn how to spell Missouri.

Problems with Citibank are all over the Internet. This person (from what I am reading) does NOT sign Affidavits as an Attorney. She signs as an Agent of Citibank. Try any search feature and you will see what she does and where she does it - and who pays her to do it.

I'd reread your papers again -

Apparently OP does and is looking for an "out" - https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/bankruptcy-debt/unjustified-enrichment-366480.html

You can not deny that you work for the court. What this woman did is called FRAUD. This is a crime. So I guess is OK for banks to monetized their alleged "clients" signature without their knowledge.

I have no idea what "monetized" means as it pertains to your situation so I'm not going to address that. Explain the meaning of that word (and I work in the field of Law) and I'll be glad to explain it to you.

The person you mentioned works for CITIBANK, not the Court - search her name on the Internet. Call the Bank and ask.

[QUOTE=lbriah disagrees : No. I am a victim of ID theft.

Please use the agree/disagree feature as it was meant to be used.

I see nothing but inconsistencies in your postings - I see nothing about ID theft. I see a lot of everything else, every other excuse, for not paying your bills.

Nothing will change the facts that Junk Debt Buyers want the citizens to become their SLAVES. About Mrs. Phenix you can read Citibank V. Machleid. Monetized is clearly explained on Modern Money Mechanic published by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and Reinstatement of the Second Law.

The definition of monetized is: "Monetization is the process of converting or establishing something into legal tender. It usually refers to the printing of banknotes by central banks, but things such as gold, diamonds and emeralds, and art can also be monetized. Even intrinsically worthless items can be made into money, as long as they are difficult to make or acquire. Monetization may also refer to exchanging securities for currency, selling a possession, charging for something that used to be free or making money on goods or services that were previously unprofitable."

How does this pertain to your credit card debt?

As far as the woman you insist on naming Mrs. X is clearly an employee of Citibank. The Court found that she is an employee of Citibank. To wit, "Citibank's motion was supported by an affidavit by XX, a CITIBANK EMPLOYEE, which confirmed the debt of X anf 41 of X's account statements ..."

So where do you read that what you posted was either relevant or indicated "she" works for the Government?
