Dear Sir / Madam,
What should be our diet in summer to avoid de-hydration & heat as the climate we are facing now-a-days is hot & humid. Such climate has adverse effect on our health

Hence to protect from illness, dullness due to de-hydration please suggest some tips

To avoid dehydration you need to increase your intake of water during the summer months.

Water, water, water! Drink 8 to 10 glasses a day as the bare minimum - drink more on warmer days and when exercising.

Fill up on sports drinks when taking on athletic activities - sports drinks replaces not only fluids lost when sweating but also important electrolytes that are excreted when you sweat
