Where can I purchase a starter for my craftsman lawn tractor 26.0 hp model 917287320. It is not listed in parts manual

The briggs engine number I got from www.searspartsdirect.com
You can try direct at Small Engines, Lawn Mower Engines and Generators by Briggs & Stratton (http://www.briggsandstratton.com). Diagrams should be there also.
