It's a good upbeat moderate tempo song. You can two step or east coast swing to it.

There may have been multiple versions of this song recorded, but the one I'm familiar with is by The Coasters, "One Foot Draggin'." There doesn't seem to be much documentation of it on the internet; I couldn't find it on YouTube either. It is available on the iTunes store or on the album "The Coasters- 20 Greatest Hits." Hope this helps!
