Can a conservation officer talk about you to someone not involved before there is an admission or omission of guilt?

You mean like investigate, and ask people questions about you as any police officer would when they are trying to find out facts about a crime ?
Of course they can

No, I mean like if they (conservation officer) came to my house to leave a ticket or something and just after they leave the town gossip comes to him and asks what was going on over there. Is he allowed to tell him what he was doing at my house?

See no reason, tickets like arrests are public. You see in large cases where both sides often even make TV statements about cases

OK, thank you! Just wanted to know, it's a small town and I hate gossipers

Happens in a large one, the code enforcement was on our block yesterday, two of my neighbors had to come tell me about it today.
