I have a GE side by side refrigerator with ice maker, model GSS25UFMD.The ice maker dispenser keeps building frost and ice at the dispenser box where the ice exits to go into the door and in the door where the ice goes into the door. Can anyone help?

Check the door flapper, if it is not closing properly, it is letting warm air in there and melting and refreezing the ice..
