So, I have a new job at work. I have to plan out all the stuff we'll serve for samples. And right now we have a flyer out and everything we sample has to have at least one ingredient from that flyer. And I'm not supposed to use anymore than 3 ingredients (sometimes I can get away with 4 or 5) in any recipe. One of the things in the flyer is ground beef. I know there's tons of things you can do with ground beef, but everything I can think of has tons of ingredients. Anyone with any simple ground beef recipes? My boss especially likes it when we put out easy dinner ideas. And I think I've already exhausted the burger idea because we also have beef patties and turkey patties in the flyer too that are on my menu.

Cooked crumbled ground beef mixed with bleu cheese and drizzled with BBQ sauce.

Serve on a cracker or lettuce leaf:)

Really Really good!:D

Edit: salt and pepper if allowed to add to beef while cooking

Oooh! Sounds good! And we've got a sliced blue cheese in the flyer too! Sounds like we could do it on lettuce like a lettuce wrap.
Thanks for the idea!

Some people call it Shepards pie.
Mashed potatoes mixed with ground beef and corn.
Can be baked but it isn't necessary.
It was a fav of my kids when they were little.
Very inexpensive,a real plus!
Fry the crumbled beef ,mix with potatoes and corn and its done :)

It was tough deciding which recipe to try first. So I went with the beef and blue cheese. Eating for lunch right now actually... its's delicious! I will definitely be trying the shepard's pie very soon. That sounds delicious too!
