I purchased a car about 5 months ago, and have been told that I can no longer drive because of my age, and dementia. What are the laws for returning a vehicle to a dealer in these circumstances

Hi, akasue2u!

Was the car brand new or used when you purchased it? Also, what kind of condition is it in now, please?

Thanks!

Carmax is the best ticket in town to get top dollar for your vehicle. Your trade sounds like a no problem sign and walk away.
One question, though. You haven't a relative that would take this off your hands?

May I assume you have a loan on the car?

But no you can't just return it, you will have to sell it and if there is a loan, pay it off and then sell it Or have someone take it over
