Solve 2x - 3 / 2 - x + 4 / 4 = 1

Please use the proper grouping symbols (parentheses). As is, this could be anything and it is hard to read.
I assume it is
\frac{2x-3}{2}-\frac{x+4}{4}=1?

First off, remove the fractions.
To do that, multiply every term by the LCM of the denominators.
Once there are no more fractions, I guess you can continue?
