First are they taking you to court as an adult or as a juv ( family law court)

Do you have an attorney, have they looked at a plea deal down to a misdemeanor perhaps ?

But you can go to college, but areas in law, in medical field ( doctor, nurses) will all be out.

If this is in family court, the records will be sealed when you turn 18. So you will still have the same options in college

I'm going to start another thread about the felony conviction records of juveniles that have been sealed, lynnlynn.

Thanks!

I can't say what happens I your area, but here all juv records are sealed. In fact while the "term" felony is used, family court does not treat them the same as regular adult court.
