So I have these spots on my legs, they appear on my arms as well but not as much and not nearly as bad. They usually appear more when I'm cold, which is a lot of the time lol. It makes me self conscious, there fore I never wear shorts. They don't itch or burn or anything like that... they are just there, and so annoying. Here is a picture of it. Please help me if you can!

Do you say when you are cold? Its just something to do with the weather, consult a derma for better answer.
