Today, I just got to know at the same time, that, I am pregnant and also I have hypothyroidism. Also 4 weeks ago I was diagnosed with diabetes(type 2).
I will start taking medications for both diabetes and hypothyroidism from tomorrow.
And in today's ultrasound it says my fetus is 4 weeks 5 days.

1.should I be worried?
2.should I take any other medications/vitamins/folic acid?

My endocrinologist gave me LEVOTHYROXINE and METFORMIN. And my 1st appointment to my ob/gyn is on 25th.

This is nothing that we can advise you of. You will have to discuss this with your medical providers.

Having type II diabetes can put you in a high risk category for your pregnancy.

You SHOULD be taking a prenatal vitamin. You can get these over the counter until you see your OB.

Wow, that is a lot to deal with at once.

If you can, call you obgyn and ask to make sure the medications are safe for the baby. Even one of the nurses should be able to tell you. If there's any doubt on their safety, ask your endocrinologist if there's an alternate medicine you can take that will be safer.

Other than that, you should be fine until your appointment in a few weeks. Buying an otc prenatal vitamin wouldn't hurt anything, though. Your obgyn will likely recommend one, anyway.

Luckily the medications are okay during pregnancy.

However, the conditions, specifically Type II Diabetes places the patient in a high risk category.
