An age gap of 14-17 is at the edge of acceptability. However, I find it hard to understand what the attraction is if it isn't sex. You are both widely apart in your development. You are getting close to graduating and going off the college. She is just starting HS and is at a different maturity level.

But if her parents are aware that you are dating and do not object you should be OK as long as no sex is involved.

However, if her parents do object and you continue to date her over her parents objections, you could find yourself in trouble with the law that way.
