We received a 3 day notice that was put on our door buy my landlord. Now we only rent the property from him we are not trying to buy it. From what I read in previous statements that article3975 chapter163 only has to do with taxes . Is this true or should I do something about this notice.:confused:

Could you please list what nation you are from and if from the US what state. In the US each state has its own laws on rental and evictions.

I live in Texas. I went and talked to a Judge and she said that the statute was an old one and that there are very very statutes left but since this one was in effect at on time and she doesn't know exactly when it was changed but it is still legal so we have to go with it or go to court.
