I had some breakthrough bleeding this month that was somewhat heavy (about enough to fill up half a regular size tampon) with some cramps that lasted 3 or 4 days. My period this month has been very light. I had breakthrough bleeding last month that was light and my period was normal last month. Because I had a light period this month will I have a heavier period next month? Will I have heavier breakthrough bleeding.

I have switched pills twice in 2 months. This is my second month on this specific pill.

We can't predict what kind of period you'll have. Each month is different, each woman is different.

It's a wait and see type of thing for all women.

If this is something you're worried about talk to your doctor. He/she should be advised of any changes anyway because you're on a new pill.
