I live in Calgary, alberta, canada. I was caught by shoplifting in May 2009 and went through the alternative measure program successfully. But just a week ago, I lost my mind and did it again in a grocery store.I was caught by stealing $40 stuff and the police gave me a paper about the court date and fingerprint date. What will happen to me this time? May I go into the alternative measure program again? May I keep my crime record clean? I need go to the court on June 25, during this period may I enter the states?
Help me...

Normally, no you will most likely be given probation and pay a fine but you will have a record. The alternative is for first time people to give them a chance.
