Talk with everyone that will listen and tell them what you do and that you want their business. If they cannot help you they may know someone that can.

Personally go and talk with businesses about your business.

Have calling cards and a brochure to leave with those that show some interest.

Develop a website.

Join any community business groups.

Do as much networking as possible including getting an article in your local newspaper about your business.

Develop a short 'flyer' to leave at people's homes with your name, phone number, what you do...

Join any local environmental groups.

In short, talk to everyone, get your name and your company's name out there.
