I currently have a broken main line from the street shutoff valve, to the shutoff valve in the house.. The house is at Lake Tahoe, Iv'e got to set the new line a minimum of 24" if I can get 36" deep I will. The line has to handle 200psi.. The area has a lot of ground movement and I want to put in a pipe that I will not have to worry about for a long time.. What is recommended??

About what length are we talking about?
What diameter tubing are you thinking about?
Are we talking expansion or shear type of loads?

I think I would with schedule #40 PVC. Either 3/4" with a max working pressure of 480 PSI or 1" with a MWP of 450 PSI. In long lengths this material is flexible enough to withstand ground movement. Good luck, Tom
