How can you find out if you have any warrants out for your arrest. If you do how can they be paid can you get a bail bondsman to help if there at a municipal level.

For most you go to the police station and have a criminal history report ran ( in US a NCIC report) it is possible it may not show a local city warrant if they don't report it to the national system, most do now,

You can arrange with a bondsman to do the bond before you turn yourself in. Unless they are for failure to appear you can normally bail out same or next day, failure to appear normally they hold you till you appear in court
