Since God knows our future, then why do we have free will?

I don't believe that god knows the future and that everything is predestined. I do believe we have free will.

We are not mind numbed robots. God has given us a blueprint for our lives. It is still up to us to either follow or not follow that blueprint.

We have the choice to choose right or wrong, the Almighty knows the future, past and present, the seen and unseen.

The future being known to our Creator does not make a difference in us making choices because we do not know the future.

God knows those who will respond to His drawing them to His side. That is the free will part, the choosing to respond to Him. He already know who will and who won't.

God knows all of us. God is not limited to time. He can see the whole picture. As somebody else said we are not robots. We all have choices and free will. That was given to us. We are all here to learn and grow and Love others.

We are the only ones that really truly focus on the past, or future. When the only moment that truly matters is right now.

We are only limited to what we can understand and God is Unlimited.

In our physical manifestation we are trapped in time. God is not. And as beings created in the image of our Creator, time, the future, is only an illusion, but one we have enormous difficulty seeing beyond. It's about faith, not thought.

Since you didn't answer the question then Ill ask it a different way. If everything is predestined at birth which is what your saying then there is no free will. Since the outcome in the future is always the same. And while going on about we being here to grow and love each other. That doesn't hold true as a statement if everything is predestined. Otherwise there would be no explination for people like Hitler as then he would have been ordained by god. Sorry I don't believe that. I also believe in the devil. But what would be the point if the furture is already written ?

Why would there even be a judgement day? In knowing the furture there is nothing to judge. God lives with us in the here and now. And that is what provides us with free will. The ability to choose.

I did answer the question actually. I never said there is no free will. I never said everything is predestined. Please do not put words in my mouth. Please understand that God KNOWS EVERYTHING. Does not mean that he has control over our lives when we do have free will. Just because God knows the beginning, the middle and the end does not mean that it is predestined. WHO ARE YOU to LIMIT GOD? God knows us before we are even created in the womb. He knows how many hairs we have on our head. He knows how many particles of sand there are in the beach.

Let me say again. God created all things. Time only exists according to how we measure it. How then can you say God does not know the future. That is completely ridicules.

How I can say it is in this. God exists. That is the be all and end all of it. But in the choices you make there are infinite consequences. And also effects by others choices around you. That is the free will part. But as far as god knowing you're a good or bad person beforehand then that would eliminate free will. Since your outcome and effect would already be known. But if god exists as acrossed everything then your world is unfolding. That is the beauty of God. As we are his children. And we must learn and attain on our own.

NO it would not eliminate free will. I do not think you truly understand God. I do believe that the outcome and effect is already known to God. Anybody who says he does not know then does not know the creator.

Yes we are his children. Yes we are learning and growing. I agree with that part.
