CH2=CH-CH3 + BrH2O --->
what should have be after reaction?
w(Br)=1,6 %
V(C3H6)=1,12l
m(BrH2O)=?
And how I could find mass?

I don't understand what you are asking for, especially :

w(Br)=1,6 %
V(C3H6)=1,12l
m(BrH2O)=?
And how I could find mass?

But the reaction gives rise to two possible products.
The first one, water does not participate;

CH_2=CH-CH_3 + Br_2 \rightarrow CH_2(Br)-CH(Br)-CH_3

and the second, all of them participate;

CH_2=CH-CH_3 + Br_2 + H_2O \rightarrow CH_2(Br)-CH(OH)-CH_3 + HBr
