If don't own a home or but a vehicle can that be taken away with judgement in Texas. I live with mother will court judgement affect her property or belonging if I live with her.

If I have a judgement against me in Texas will my vehicle be seized and if I live with mother will a her personal property be seized because I live with her

Please just post one time it may take someone on this site a while to get back with you with an answer. If you have a judgement
Against you then it affects only you, not your mother. The judgement could allow the creditor to place a lien on your car. I assume you are telling us your car is paid for?

The type of judgement in Texas makes a difference since taxes and child support is treated different
But none of them can take her property or money unless she signed on the loan
