My friend Sally feels pregnant, but all her test are coming back negative. She has smoked marijuana though recently can that affect the level of HCG pregnancy tests detect?

Is this your friend sally or you? If this is really you, no more smoking until you find out for sure whether you are pregnant. I got the impression in your other posts that its still too early for your hcg levels to get you an accurate hpt result, if you are actually pregnant.

I conceived my son on Christmas. Obviously on new year I didn't know I was pregnant. I was drinking hard liquor and partying like crazy. My pregnancy test still came out positive on Jan 13. So the answer to your question is I highly doubt it.

The answer to your question is and emphatic no. Smoking weed will not cause a negative pregnancy test.
