Why is my car making a loud rubbing noise. I changed water pump, timing belt, Ac belt, alternator belt and power steering belt, after changing everything I connected the battery and started the car and its making a loud rubbing knocking sound.

Aftermarket belts tend to "walk" off the pulleys and non OE W/pumps are junk compared to OEM.
Were are your parts from? Start taking back steps in the work you just performed. Be sure the cams and the crank pulley are properly torqued.
Running the motor with the upper timing cover off would be my first order of the day. Good luck.
