If you drink sodas and eat junk food stop! Eat fresh fruit, and drink water and apple juice. Do sit ups in the morning when you wake up and sit ups before you go to bed. Trust me I've lost weight just by doing this. Lay on your side with your back leg bent and your front leg strait then lift your front leg for a couple of reps then swich and work on the other side. Dance will help you lose weight to. The best thing you can do if you don't really want to exercise is watch what you eat. Eat 3 times a day just not so much in each sitting. Also don't eat when your bored. Stop eating 3-4 hours before you go to bed. Hope this helps (:

I started the Low-carb diet and lost 13 lbs over two weeks, with out exercising.

WARNING: DON'T eat itsy bitsy meals only a couple times a day! BIG NO-NO! This will SCREW UP your metabolism hard core!

You need to eat 6 times a day to maintain a healthy weight. (With the low carb diet btw) Breakfast, small snack, lunch, small snack, Dinner, small snack. Separate your meals by 2-3 hours in between eating. This is a proven diet that helps lose the most weight. Look it up if you don't believe me:) This may seem easy reading it, but it's sort of hard, well to me at least;) Main thing, DON'T CHEAT on this, you'll gain the stupid weight back just by a little sugar. This is the diabetic diet, I'm a TYPE ONE diabetic, (not type two, get that straight please) and it helps keep you healthy and more gives you more energy.
As for exercise, I just recently started Weight lifting and walking. You don't have to go to a gym to weightlift, you can go to wal-mart or ross or wherever and get some cheap dumbells, I do 10 sets of 20reps using a 10lb dumbbell. Not all at once throughout the day.
When I walk, I take 30 min walks just randomly around my house 3-5 times a week.
Another exercise, as you said, CHORES. How fun are they! Just joking;) Vacumning, picking up trash around the house, making your bed, laundry, all that stuff is a good source of calorie burning!
A good way to stay focused when there is delicious food starring you down, NOTHING TASTES BETTER THAN SKINNY! I weighed 165, I was 5'3, and 13. Super self-conscious, and not much confidence, but once you see those lovely pounds start coming off, you get this happy feeling and it's worth the world (too me at least). Keep your head held high, and know that you are beautiful darlin':) Hope I helped you out, weight is such the pain. Goodluck!

Exercise and eat right. Can't go wrong with that. You're body will naturally lose the weight, most of it will go fast. Your water weight will leave first. After that is all gone, you're going to want to strengthen your muscles. Don't be surprised if you gain weight during exercise. Muscle weighs more than fat. So it will be a good weight gain :)

Find a diet plan that suits your life style. Not every diet works for everyone. If you stick to your plan, stick to your routine, you'll more than likely lose the weight you want by June.

Madame... I think you should excerise by walking, running, riding a bike thirty minutes a day. Get good sleep everyday, and at the end of each week weigh yourself. Not every single day because you won't notice any progress. I've lost seven pounds because of what I have been doing and Yes I am a teen. I am only 5'3 though but, I know what your going through. You can do It. You have to believe and very first of all love yourself. Every inch of your body, soul and mind. Once you have that set straight, dahling, you will get results, slowly but, surely.
