I want to obtain eu passport but I am a south african what must I do

I am a south african male obtained my trade as an instrumentation technician I want to have a EU passport because I want to further my career overseas I do not have any idea how to have it.

There is NO such thing as an EU passport.
Each member state issues it's own.

If they want a passport from one of those countries, they move there, change their citizenship to be a citizen of that nation and get a passport
