Don't know name of movie. Young couple fleeing the city because new laws won't let them have a baby and she is pregnant. They meet an old senator. The government laws will not let him have anymore diabetic medication after he reaches a certain age. It is a new world. People use mass transit, almost no more private vehicles. I saw this on television about 20 years ago.
