Im trying to find the name of a french film I was shown in an Architecture lecture 2 years ago. Unfortunately the tutor who showed it has left and I have no one else to ask.

I can barely remember anything about it, but here's what I do rememeber:

1. French
2. Black and white movie.
3. It is based in an iconic architectural building, which involved ridiculous amounts of technology built into it.
4. I remember the VERY SHORT clip of the film to be about the family living in the house- a wife, husband and son. And the wife was very proud of her home and the clip showed how the technology was ridiculous to live with, yet was being boasted about.
5. I remember the wife continuously turned the front garden fountain on and off each time a guest arrived to visit, and that the house was immaculate inside, with all the modern conveniences a kitchen could possibly have.

Any help would be really appreciated? Name of the building, or title of the movie would be fantastic.
