Where should a skin highlighter be applied when highlighting the cheekbones? For example, which part of the bone should be highlighted in what way?

Thanks much .

Hm, usually I just use blush for my cheeks. The easiest way to explain to put it on is, take two fingers put the to your temple. Take your blush brush, and start where the two fingers end. Go from that point to about the apple of your cheek and bring the brush back, like a u-turn motion. I feel that's usually enough to bring out my cheeks. Sometimes in the summer though, if I want to show off a glow, I'll take a light shimmer powder and take that from the apples of my cheeks back.

Highlighting works with contouring. For example, when you contour your cheeks, you apply contour in the hallow area and highlight the apples. You also highlight the brow bone to open the eye and give depth to the crease area.

To enhance the cheekbones, suck in your cheeks, apply a darker shade to the hollows and a highlighter to the top of the cheekbones. Then apply blush as normal. Don't over due it!
