I just want to know how will be the percentage child support for 2 kidz out off my check of 1900 gross monthly

It varies by State. Some States use a percentage, others use a formula.
If it's percentage it's the same percentage if you make $1,900 or $100,900.

Percentage is 25%. I think that equates to one arm and one leg.

In GA it will be based on a set of rules that look at your pay and your ex's pay. They may order a percent of income plus extra for child support, and school plus medical costs.
So here in GA 400 to 500 would be average assuming both are working plus normally 1/2 of all medical expese
