I have a 1950 series A $5 bill. The right side is quite a bit bigger (the white) than should be. The top of the bill, the white is very thin... the serial number is f65065144a. I would like to know if it is worth anything more than $5.

the Signatures are CLARK and SNYDER, I believe ? #2-What is the name OF the ISSUING Bank? (Federal reserve bank? )#3-IS the seal blue or green? ;#4-What is the condition and grade of the bill? ;. This makes a big difference in its value
