I am looking up values for antique books, and one thing that I have found is that some of my book covers are different colors from what other people have listed. For instance I have a book titled Audrey by mary johnston, first edition, printed 1902 with illustrations by F.C. Yohn, printed in Boston and New York by Riverside Press, Cambridge. The cover I have is RED and the color that everyone online has is GREEN. I don't know why this is, but I have seen this happen with a couple of different books. Does this have an effect on the books value? Also the book is uncut and is signed by the author. How much of an effect does that have on a book's value?
