I was installing some window washer led nozzles for my car today and spliced the red wire I'm pretty sure since I thought it was the parking light. When I turned the lights on to see if it worked, the parking lights not worked, not only that, but now my dash light is not working as well as my rear lights. Does anybody know what I would have to do to fix this problem? I really want my car to be good again I can't afford to be stressing over something like this

Test all under dash and under hood fuses with a test light or multimeter:

Look on the back of your under dash fuse panel/mult/pex unit or box and your will see five empty ports with male spades they all come on with the ignition switch , one is hot all the time and one is ground one is on with engine running. Anyway try pushing a spade in one of the ports after testing them with a test light to find out wich one you want to use according to when you want the component to come on. As to your problem I would get a wire schematic from a shop with all data or mitchel and track down the problem starting at the supply. I've got the same problem right now with my 99 accord and have had to patch it by jumping a wire to the red/black wire coming out of the multi/plex driver side unit and plugged into an empty port on the back side so they will come on with the key. It got me rolling legal again. My dash lights still don't work but I'm looking into the proper way to repair this lighting issue without installing jumper wires around everything.
