My 12 weeks Bull Terrier Puppy is in apparent good health, eat and drink well but have a intestinal bleeding, several times a day in wine color mix with feces and a few drops of red blood in the end, the vet don't find anything wrong in 2 visit and several test.
Any one has experiences with similar cases?

I would get a second opinion from a different vet. Maybe x-rays are needed if the puppy ate something sharp that is now stuck in the intestinal wall. Red blood means the problem is close to the opening; dark red/blackish color means the problem is higher up, maybe near the stomach.

Do you honestly think that its OK?
Your pup is bleeding internally.
I know we all put the weight of the world in the medical field.. We all spend our money on their opinions and what not... But the sad reality is.. Some vets are just not good.
This could be hook worms.. Hook worms will cause the dogs to bleed very badly while going potty. Did the vet run a fecal? Did it come out OK? Has the pup been wormed for a broad spectrum of worms? This could also be a rupture of some type either in the intestine or in the stomach itself.
This has the potential to be a VERY serious issue.
What would you do? If you were bleeding when you went potty, would you just accept the first doctors opinion that nothing is wrong? Or would you seek a second opinion. Guaranteed you'd go for a second opinion.
Puppies have to be EXTREMELY sick before symptoms will be seen. Apparently you're catching whatever this is somewhat early.. Please get him to a different vet.

I agree, see a second vet, and right away!
Bleeding is bever a good sign, and even Hookworms can be very detrimental to a puppy.
You need to take him to another vet!
